Here’s something, of interest, I’ve mulled over for quite some time but haven’t put in words.

There are the first four Khands (spiritual stages/realms of divine awareness) …. then you await the call from Sach Khand (The Fifth Realm) for merger into Eternal Rest.
There are four Laavs (divine circu/mambulations). In the Fourth Laav we reach the Karam Khand (The Realm of God’s Grace), await and eventually receive The Call.
We need to progress through Maya’s three Gunnas, Tammo, Rajjo and Satto to transcend to the Chautha Pad (Fourth Stage) and then await for the call from Sach Khand for Eternsl Merger (the Stage of Eternal Rest & Bliss).
Gurbani has it all. Blessed are those who follow it.
